Refund, Cpr Card & Drug Test Results Policy

Refunds: 

• All sales are final if cancellation is within 24 hours of class date
• 50% discount for cancellation if not within 24 hours of class date
• Reschedule is free and available anytime 
• Full refund if the company is at fault

CPR Cards:

• All cards are issued electronically via email 
• Cards are typically issued same day or within 3 days of completion (AHA has 20 days to issue cards but it’s rare)

Drug Tests:

• Instant Results are given the same day 
• Lab results for urine is 24 hours 
• Hair Test can take up to 7 days
